Nick Parker Biapa, the current Mister Earth Cameroon 2018 is not sparing any effort to meet up with the requirements to stand as the next Mister Earth 2018 set to take place from the 17th to 23rd of April in Philippines under the theme “Youth Environmental Advocate and sustainable development goals ambassador”.
Clean and Ecologic City is the project brought up by the Cameroonian contestant to effectively safeguard his candidacy for that male beauty contest. It is concretely a project oriented towards the hygiene and sanitation of the town of Douala as well as the sensitization of the population on the importance of keeping the environment clean.
The purpose of this project according to Mister Earth Cameroon, is the protection and preservation of the environment. To meet up with the requirements of the contest, he needs to put in place an environmental project that will involve the population of the targeted town, reason why of Mister Earth Cameroon’s focus on hygiene and sanitation in Douala. Cameroon’s representative and team’s previous works involve neighbourhoods like Akwa, Ndokoti and Ndog-passi in Douala 3 municipality.
According to Nick Parker Biapa, the project is to be carried out all over the economic capital and later on in other cities of the country. Whereas the contestant needs some assistance in order to successfully achieve his goal which will also lead him to Philippines on April where he will represent Cameroon for the very first time.
Among the main challenges faced on the field, Mister Earth Cameroon evoked finance if sorted out will help him and his team to afford adequate equipment to effectively complete the job started some weeks ago. He henceforth called on authorities, population and companies to give them assistance and support be it financially, morally or technically.
Mister Earth is an international male beauty race initiated by Lance Navoa in 2004. It aims at valorising the protection and conservation of the environment and this year, more than a hundred countries will be represented, amongst them Cameroon with Nick Parker Biapa.
